Well that's because this bad boy is a tomato! My boss has been growing a variety of tomatoes in his summer garden. He has given me 3 different kinds all of which look like tomatoes. Red and round. Today he brings in this monster and I'm like Whoa! WTF is that! He calls them Mr. Stripey and assures me that they are great on sandwiches. I don't know... This thing is twice the size of a large tomato and has all kinds of weird nooks and groves not unlike a small pumpkin. The other normal looking tomatoes he gave me are delicious and I've been having them for dinner all week. I guess I will give this Mr. Stripey a go. I just need to figure out the best way to slice it.

That definitely looks like a pumpkin :) Not sure how a yellow tomato would look on a sandwich - maybe a little out of place?
